This is likely to have included roles in delivering 1:1 student support such as coaching and mentoring, counselling, advice and guidance. As well as leadership and management positions with responsibility for developing others and services.

We will especially value your personal development achieved through a well-articulated experience of coaching, therapy, and an overall capacity for self-reflection in relation to the observation and support of others. In addition, we expect ACs to be fully aligned with our values and vision.

As a student centred organisation, we want students at any stage of their studies to contribute to all aspects of our written and visual identity.
